You can pick up your lanyard and wristband at registration. You’ll need to register with your ticket to access Web Summit.
Where should I register?
There are two options:
At the airport:
Terminal 1 of Humberto Delgado Airport (also known as Lisbon Portela Airport), Alameda das Comunidades Portuguesas, 1700-111 Lisboa, Portugal
Adjacent to the venue:
Pavilhão de Portugal, Alameda dos Oceanos, Parque das Nações, 1990-221 Lisboa, Portugal
When should I register?
You’ll need to register to collect a lanyard and wristband to access Web Summit.
If you’re flying to Lisbon, you can register at Humberto Delgado Airport from Saturday, November 9.
At the airport, registration will be available at the following times:
Saturday, November 9
9.30am – 11pm
Sunday, November 10
7.30am – 11pm
Monday, November 11
7.30am – 11pm
Tuesday, November 12
7.30am – 3pm
Alternatively, you can also register at Pavilhão de Portugal from Saturday, November 9.
At Pavilhão de Portugal, registration will be available at the following times:
Saturday, November 9th
12 midday – 6pm
Sunday, November 10th
12 midday – 6pm
Monday, November 11th
12 midday – 8pm
Tuesday, November 12th
8.30am – 5pm
Wednesday, November 13th
8.30am – 5pm
Thursday, November 14th
8.30am – 5pm
These times are subject to change as the event approaches.
What do I need to bring?
To access the venue, you will need your ticket and photo identification. Your ticket can be found in the Web Summit mobile app.
Are there specific queues at registration for each ticket type?
There are specific queues for each ticket type, signposted at registration. These are general attendee; women in tech; partner; investor; executive; VIP; media; ALPHA; BETA and GROWTH tickets.
Do I have to wear my accreditation for the entire event?
You must wear your lanyard and wristband each day of the event, and it is also recommended for Night Summit.
What happens if I lose or need to replace my accreditation?
During the registration process, you will receive a lanyard and wristband. These are both important and required for entry throughout the event venue.
If you lose one item of accreditation, you will be charged a fee of €100 to to replace it. If both items are lost, you must repurchase a ticket at the current ticket price of €1,295. Please go to the ticket support desk for assistance.
