The exposure to large projects like this was a new opportunity for me – it’s an extremely dynamic role. The journey has given me lots of opportunities, great mentors and plenty of people to learn from. You are given the autonomy to make decisions with your colleagues and there are so many opportunities available here if you put yourself forward.

I joined Web Summit in 2018 with a mission to inspire growth and talent development through blended-learning experiences.
